Some of the topics that are discussed and mediated are assets and distribution of property, liabilities and debts, maintenance, child custody and child support, living arrangements and parenting plans, expenses for the children including college and extra curricular, health insurance, life insurance, among others.

Uncontested Divorce Papers: Once an agreement has been reached and the settlement agreement is finalized, the next step is to draft the uncontested divorce papers and initiate the uncontested divorce action with the court. The parties do not need to appear in court for this process.
